Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellations - Cancellations may be made up to 7 days before the class begins for a full refund. Classes may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the class beginning for illness, weather or emergencies only. We have the right to cancel the class if there is not enough participation and will refund you. If your child gets sick the morning of, please contact us in the morning to reschedule or we will mark you down as a no show and no refunds will be given. Course Cancellations - Cancellations may be made up to 7 days before the course begins for a full refund. Courses cannot be rescheduled. If you miss one of the classes for the course, there are no refunds given. Birthday Party Cancellations - Cancellations may be made up to 7 days before the party begins. Cancellations within 30 days will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Remaining fee will be refunded to the original payment method. Parties may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the party beginning for illness, weather or emergencies only. Rescheduled parties will be subject to availability. We highly discourage rescheduling due to availability. No Show Policy - Missed classes without notice will be charged for the full session fee and will not be able to join another class until it is paid.
